These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services: We offer in-shop and mobile car detailing services in Seattle and nearby areas. Services include Essential, Premium, and Signature Detail Packages, along with individual add-ons.

Booking & Payment:

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance.

• We accept major credit cards and digital payments through secure platforms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or vehicle condition.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate vehicle information

• Ensure vehicle is accessible at time of service (for mobile detailing)

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle

​

Liability: We carry over $1M in insurance coverage. While we take every precaution, The Wash Lab is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage resulting from unsafe vehicle conditions

• Delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances

Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
